Clear reasons for a good conversation. Do you choose to speak? Where the other has to listen? Or do you opt for a really good conversation? The dialogue is a conversation that is characterized by postponing your judgment, really listening, sincerely asking and speaking from yourself and for yourself with respect for the other. The dialogue thus reduces resistance, connects thoughts and allows co-intelligence to arise for different and better solutions.

Welk probleem / welke uitdaging had je voor je kwam?
Vanuit de gemeente was de wens om in gesprek te komen met inwoners uit een buurt om te kijken op welke manier de leefbaarheid in de wijk verbeterd kan worden. Er waren in deze wijk al diverse pogingen gedaan. Steeds is het alleen maar bij mooie woorden gebleven.
